We require a Service Manager to lead our Service team in our Marrickville office. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your proven leadership skills and drive a team to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities;
• Oversee and guide operation of Sydney service department and general day to day running of tasks within the department
• Account Management of Service Level Agreements with key clients:
• Co-ordination of service technician activities:
• Reporting activities both internally and externally:
• Provide documentation and support for service technicians on site
• Maintain Helpdesk to provide technical phone assistance to clients
• Provide technical liaison with engineering and project departments regarding system handover documentation
Requirements;
- Excellent communication skills / presentation skills.
- People management and team building capabilities
- Good co-ordination skills
- Sound knowledge of audio/ video equipment and systems
- An Understanding of video conferencing systems. Formal certification preferred
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook 2003
