ABC TV Southbank

2000 – 2001

Rutledge Engineering provided all installation and commissioning services for the relocation of ABC TV audiovisual facilities from the Ripponlea studios to the Southbank studios. Facilities included Master Control (pictured left), Presentation, News and Current Affair Studios, Edit and Graphics suites as well as a series of state-of-the-art equipment rooms.

The system was designed to incorporate various new digital television technologies, many of which were pioneered for the very first time by ABC TV.
