Toyota Headquarters
March 2004 – August 2004
Rutledge Engineering completed the audiovisual installation within the relocated Toyota Corporate Headquarters in August 2004. The project featured 8 Meeting Rooms, an Auditorium, 3 Seminar Rooms, a Bistro / Dining area and the executives’ State of the Art Boardroom.
Rutledge Engineering designed the audio visual facilities for the boardroom utilising the latest in audiovisual and videoconferencing technologies, keeping it user-friendly and simple to operate, as many different people use the system. The Boardroom (pictured left) is a completely paperless environment, making full use of the audio visual and IT facilities. Each seated position in the Boardroom has an individual motorised LCD monitor and a wireless keyboard / mouse that allows full flexibility for meeting situations, including viewing PC and Video presentations and for use as a discreet computer.
An information display system was established in the foyer area of Toyota Headquarters to display various Toyota Marketing Media and other general information. This display system was based on the dREAm Scheduler® digital media platform.
