The Service Engineers are also able to advise on system updates, enhancements and provide client staff training. Rutledge service staff attend on-site call-outs to repair, assess or inspect all aspects of Audio Visual and Multimedia systems.
Service Contracts
The initial capital outlay for complex systems can be a substantial investment and the necessity for maintaining optimum performance for this vital equipment is paramount. Many clients find it useful to take out a service contract, which can be designed to underwrite ongoing performance and maintenance at a fixed cost. The service contract can also give a guaranteed response time for on-site support in case of system failures.
