Tower One of Barangaroo South is Australia’s largest office tower and a globally-recognised modern and sustainable high-rise building in Sydney.

One of three commercial towers, Tower One is part of International Towers Sydney, the premium centre for business in Sydney’s CBD. Located within Tower One is Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) new Sydney Office.

Rutledge AV designed, built and continue to provide ongoing support of MMC’s communication and audio visual technology.

 

Rutledge AV provided complete communication and audio visual services for the new MMC office – including the supply, delivery, installation; and ongoing testing and maintenance of these systems.

Sophisticated technology and schematics were incorporated to deliver optimal functionality for MMC’s workplace technology and collaborative spaces.

The objective was to allow for interactivity and adaptability, while using the latest in equipment and audio visual innovation.

 

Rutledge AV’s solutions were flexible, customisable and future-proofed in order to cater to the size and range of prospective uses by MMC. The nature of the fitout allows for businesses like MMC to transform spaces to suit them – including the potential for inter-connecting floors and wide, collaborative working spaces.
