About the role

We have a great opportunity for a number of AV technicians in our Victorian operations. We are seeking technicians of all levels and experience who are hands-on and committed to customer service excellence and have a great work ethic. We want to hear from people who have the right experience and a ‘can-do’ attitude to help us to deliver first class audio visual solutions and installations for an impressive and growing client base.

We are seeking technicians (specifically in AV installation), or people who are willing to learn and grow in the AV industry, to be part of our committed and motivated team responsible for the installation of Audio Visual Solutions to our client base in Brisbane.

Duties

  • Install Professional Audio Visual Equipment
  • Set out, cut and install of cables such as conduit, cable tray, ducting and wire systems
  • Read and interpret schematic diagrams, panel drawings and rack layouts
  • Line Test and Commission cabling systems, including field and inter-rack cabling
  • Travel to regional and remote client sites when required
  • Set out installation works according to specification and instruction
  • Rack wiring, termination and labelling
  • Record and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to commissioning
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Observe WH&S standards ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Audio Visual Equipment, power tools and rack wiring
  • Proven initiative and a high work ethic
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
  • Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated equivalent is desirable.
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
