What part will you play?

This role is a key member within the sales team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. As the Client Relationship Manager you will be accountable for identifying new client accounts and new project opportunities. You will have a passion for delivering service excellence, with the skills & credibility to influence senior client stakeholders, and to drive continuous improvement and development.

  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Attend and present at events, meetings, business reviews throughout the state
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager about current activities, future prospects and market intelligence
  • Understand target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors
  • Own and drive your own opportunities, manage the opportunity from end to end
  • Foster and promote the company, product and brand presence in the market

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of proven track record in technology sales
  • First Class presentation, planning and sales skills
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Understanding of major factors influencing customer client behaviour
  • Current valid drivers licence
  • Motivated, driven and passionate about succeeding
  • Excellent understanding of technology and relating the value to customer's business requirements
  • Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with other for broader success
  • Collaborative, strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Sound knowledge of AV industry standards
  • A degree of tertiary qualification in a business related discipline is favourable
