About the role

This role is responsible for the preparation and pricing of competitive & comprehensive quotations and assisting/leading tender responses.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge in estimating on multiple projects and the ability to work within a team environment that works within limited time frames to achieve high standard results.

Working within the sales team you will need to ensure offers are delivered on a timely basis and with a high standard of presentation to ensure the ongoing success and reputation of our company.  If you have a passion and background in Engineering and Technology in particular relating to audio and visual, and a willingness to learn then this is the position for you.

This role would also suit if you are a Graduate from an AV, Engineering or ICT background, or have experience in Sales Estimating.

Duties

  • Preparing and pricing of competitive and comprehensive quotations, tenders and service level agreements, including preparation of all support documentation.
  • Completion of tender responses and high level sales documents.
  • Assess audio visual design for suitability.
  • Assist with general sales enquiries.
  • Assisting the Sales Team with the preparation and pricing of competitive and comprehensive quotations, tenders and service level agreements, including preparation of all support documentation.
  • Administration for the Sales Team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Update details on Pronto as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in audio visual or administration preferred.
  • Highly organised and capable of working autonomously.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Attend external product training as required.
  • Positive and cooperative attitude towards the tasks, management and team members.
  • Outstanding computer skills (with good knowledge of Word and Excel or ERP pricing systems).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with availability in order to meet deadlines.
  • Professional standard of customer service.
