  • • Monitoring quality and efficiency of work, ensuring punctuality and presentation as a company representative
  • • Coordinating the design through liaising with engineering to ensure the timely production of shop drawings
  • • Monitoring the day to day activities performed by the site supervisor on site. i.e. ordering of materials, liaising with the builder’s foreman and other trades.
  • • Checking quality of the work performed on site and ensuring Rutledge AV standard work practices are maintained
  • • Ensuring sufficient resources are arranged for installation, commissioning and programming of the project for a timely completion
  • • Attending, or in some cases chairing, project or site meetings to ensure sufficient communication and coordination for a successful project
  • • Foster and promote the company, product and brand in the market
  • • Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records
  • • Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • • Monitoring the procurement of equipment to ensure orders are placed and deliveries occur to ensure timely completion of the project
  • • Ensuring sufficient and updated documentation is available to all project staff at all times
  • • Coordination of the manufacture of custom items such as wall plates or joinery
  • • Providing detailed project plans
  • • Monitoring of the cost and time spend during the project to ensure completion within budget
  • • Promote and live the Company Mission, Vision and Values

Skills & Experience

  • • Be fluent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and ideally Project
  • • Excellent communication skills
  • • A sound understanding of audio visual systems and other related construction service disciplines.
  • • Ability to multi-task in an energetic environment
  • • Diploma in Project Management beneficial
  • • A hands-on approach with practical and analytical skills
  • • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • • Current valid driver’s license
  • • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • • Industry experience beneficial
