What part will you play?

You will be supporting the Service department with day to day administrative duties.  This role is varied and requires the incumbent to be both motivated and highly organised. Particular emphasis is placed on numeracy and having a strong eye for detail.

Working with the service team you will assist to ensure the timely management of administration and coordination of service tasks and that these are completed to a high standard ensuring the ongoing success and reputation of our company.

Duties

  • Manage existing client "Assist" database and ensure accurate reporting of faults to clients
  • Co-ordinate customer equipment repairs and quotations
  • Service Reports
  • Technician booking overview
  • Other duties as required
  • Help desk overflow (Logging and following up client help desk calls)
  • Co-ordinate and book client service inspections as required
  • Administration of service call logging and tracking
  • Assist in maintaining existing customer equipment schedule, including downloading and distribution of software upgrades and information to clients

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years office based administration experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
  • Ability to be versatile, adaptable and prioritise tasks
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong ability to build relationships with all departments in organisation
  • Highly organised and capable of working autonomously
  • Demonstrate initiative and commitment in everything that you do
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and a team player with the ability to work as a part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be solutions focused and use a pro active approach to work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
